2. Independent Direct-to-Consumer Business Model

Canvasatoz is an independent fashion brand and manufacturer located in Cleveland, Tennessee. We conceptualize, cut, sew, and dispatch our own apparel collections (including casual dresses, maxi dresses, and belts) directly to consumers. We operate independently without intermediate dropshipping suppliers or third-party resellers.

3. Website Use & Permitted Conduct

You agree to use our website only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You shall not use our site to engage in fraudulent transactions, transmit malicious code, scrape product content, reverse-engineer proprietary code, or interfere with the operational security and server performance of Canvasatoz.

4. Account Registration & Security

While you may complete purchases as a guest, creating an account requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Product Descriptions & Sizing Tolerances

We strive to describe our products, materials, colors, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, because our garments are individually assembled and finished, slight dimensional variations within standard textile manufacturing tolerances (typically 0.5 to 1 inch) may occur. Actual garment colors may also vary slightly depending on monitor calibration.

6. Pricing, Sales Tax & Currency

• Currency: All prices, shipping fees, and transactions are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

• Taxes: Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination address.

• Price Adjustments: Canvasatoz reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice. In the event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

7. Payment Gateway & Checkout Security

All payments are processed exclusively through PayPal. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen PayPal account or linked payment method. 8. Order Processing & Daily Cut-Off Time

Our standard handling time is 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed before our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST enter production fulfillment on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays begin processing on the following business day.

9. Order Modifications & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an order free of charge before the daily 5:00 PM EST cut-off time on the date of purchase. After this window, the order enters active manufacturing and cannot be modified or intercepted. For complete terms, visit our Cancel/Change Order policy.

10. Shipping, Transit & Domestic Delivery

We fulfill orders across the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.99, with FREE Shipping on orders of $100.00 and above. 11. Returns, Exchanges & Restocking Fees

Canvasatoz offers a 30-calendar-day return window from the delivery date for eligible unwashed, unworn items in original packaging with tags intact. We charge $0.00 restocking fees. Complete return guidelines and shipping responsibilities are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

12. Refund Issuance & Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back exclusively to the original PayPal payment method within up to 10 business days following our 2-day warehouse inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for customer-remorse returns but fully refunded for defective or incorrect shipments.

13. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademarks

All brand names, dress pattern designs, lookbook photographs, graphics, text, and website source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Canvasatoz. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under federal and international copyright laws. 14. User Submissions & Product Reviews

By posting feedback, testimonials, or product reviews on our site, you grant Canvasatoz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, display, and distribute such content. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, profane, infringing, or misleading.
